Charm Elakil
Charm is a qualified and experienced Medical Herbalist, Natural Nutrition Practitioner and Workshop Facilitator. She received the Ellis Snitcher Memorial Prize for Integrative Medicine from Middlesex University, trained with the College of Natural Nutrition at Regent College London and mentored students, and completed a Foundation and Teacher Training course with the Natural School of Cookery by Montse Bradford.
For the last two decades, Charm has worked with individuals on a one-to-one basis providing bespoke treatment and remedies to address a range of health concerns and health goals, in London and Kent.
More recently, she has developed and presented regular seminars and workshops face-to-face onsite and online, relating to self-care with herbs and nutrition, overcoming cravings, menopause awareness, and hormonal health. She strongly advocates a supportive, holistic, and empowering approach.
Charm can also combine Herbal Medicine with Nutritional therapy to provide a unique and effective programme that will provide support with various health issues.
She is fully insured and a member of the National Institute of Herbal Medicine (MNIMH).
