Levels of experience

All of our yoga courses, workshops and drop-in classes are set at
four levels. These levels relate to the experience you may have in
the specific styles of yoga taught here at Bodywise.

Beginners level

Suitable for those with less than two years experience of yoga.
Introduces the basic postures and principles. Completing a number of beginners courses is an ideal way of establishing your yoga practice.

General level

Suitable for those with at least two years of regular yoga practice.

Intermediate level

Suitable for those with at least four years of regular yoga practice.

Open classes

Suitable for all levels. Some experience of yoga is preferable.
