She has always specialised in Work & Career Related Coaching, with an emphasis on helping clients recognise their ‘life purpose’ for increased meaning in their work, whilst improving their work-life balance. Coaching takes place by phone, so is easily accessed from home or work. Kathryn is available afternoons and evenings by phone (not weekends). She is the resident Career Coach at London and Manchester Bodywise and works with clients nationally. She is in training for Ordination into the Western Buddhist Order, and a Buddhist approach subtly informs her Coaching and professional ethics.
